I just today got my time off approved for Gimli so I will definately be there.  Can't miss Hrodir's knighting- I've known him since he was 12.  I'm planning to drive up and don't have any riders yet.

  Hey everyone, 
     I'm so happy, Moorish Tavern was a blast! If you look in the Northshield picture gallery you can see my card woven belt(yellow, diamond one), that I put in the A&S contest. It is official I am now a full paid member of the SCA. :) And am planning on my next event. Is anyone considering going to "A funny thing happened on the way to the Crusades"? In Gimli Manitoba on September 1-4, 2006 aka Labor Day Weekend.  I have also heard as I am sure some of you know one of the Korasvag guys Roder? is getting knighted at this event.  I really want to go. Would anyone be willing to car pool with me or me with them? I'd like to know who's interested so I can get reservations as soon as possible, Castle Rouge people said dorms are filling up fast.
