Greetings, Northshield Chatelaines and interested people!

Two announcements:

1. It's now exactly two weeks until your November 15 Chatelaine 
report is due.  It will be due to me and to your local Seneschal, as 
well as to your Baronial Chatelaine if you are a Chatelaine in a 
canton or college.  It should cover the time period since you last 
reported (May 15).  If you want to refresh your memory as to what's 
needed in a Chatelaine report, the online form is here:

If you're the Seneschal of a group without a Chatelaine, it'd be 
roundly fabulous if you would report too!  (I'll also be posting 
this request to the NS-seneschals list.)

2. As of midnight Nov. 1, the application period for Northshield 
Kingdom Chatelaine is over.  We have applications from four 
excellent candidates--it's going to be a tough decision!  Shava, 
Katriona, and I will be mulling this over via e-mail and should have 
a decision in the next 24 hours.  Shava would like to get the name 
of my successor into her Northwatch letter which is due Friday, so 
we will be notifying the selected person before then.  Thanks to 
those who applied, and those who seriously considered applying.
