==================================

Shire of Rudivale Business Meeting
Sept 7, 2006, UND Union

Lady Karma called the meeting to order at 7:25 PM. Members present:
Karma, Jess,
Peter, Alynne, Berwyn, Camille.

Exchequer: Peter presented the Xcel spreadsheet he used to reconcile the
checkbook to
the statements. Current balance on hand is $901.24. He explained that
prior to this
accounting, the check register made it look like we only had slightly
over $200, which is
why he recommended against a loan to Coronation. The required officers
will be signing
new cards at the bank in the near future.

Chatelaine: Alecia has an e-mail address of a potential member, which
she will get to
Jess. Lord Oswald from Castel Rouge, who is a campus recruiter by
trade, has offered to
assist us with member acquisition. Berwyn has written to him requesting
further details.

A&S: Camille displayed the Bayeux Tapestry stitch she learned at Gimli.
She and
Berwyn showed off the beads they made in the clay bead furnace. We
discussed the
Tapestry project, with an eye to lumber shopping soon.

Herald: No heraldic activity this month.

Old business: tapestry discussion as above.

New business: Peter proposed that we begin planning for the next
Un-Named event.
H.E.Berwyn moved that Peter autocrat the event. Motion carried.
Preliminary plans are
for the theme to be "Peasant Fest 07", with a simple feast, appropriate
activities, etc.
Tentative dates would be the fourth of fifth weekends of September,
2007.

Future plans: It was suggested that we try to book rooms for the
remainder of the
semester, or as far in advance as allowed.

A&S&Movie night: Camille will be teaching the aforementioned stitch, and
we'll watch
movies. Baron Berwyn's house. 7PM, Weds, Sept 27.

The meeting adjourned, and we all retired to Village Inn for pancakes
and Skittles.

Respectfully submitted,
Berwyn, general busybody
