Hello Everyone,

I have been in contact with Lord Ivan from Madison WI, who
taught the Gimli tapestry demonstration. I outlined our project to him.
As you can read below he would like to do a demonstration here in GF.
Do we have any kind of timeline for our project? Or is it a once it's
started it will eventually get done? Just wanted to know what to tell
him

My Lady Camille,

I think this sounds great! (Incidentally, if you've finished your
project, I'd love to see a pic.) I'm at work currently, but I could
send
you the handout file from home later today.

What's the timeline for this project? If your group would be
interested and timelines are flexible, I would be willing to look at
options to
travel out and do an afternoon workshop for your Shire. It's a bit of a
drive from Madison, but if we could find a time that's mutually
convenient, I'd be willing to make the trip. Alternatively, I'll be at
Crown
Tourney, so if other members of your group are planning to attend that,
we could set aside some time to go over the materials, and then the
group of you could take that back to disseminate to the Shire. If either

of these options would be of assistance, please let me know.

  YIS,
  Ivan

(Sorry if you got this twice. The first time bounced back as
undeliverable for some reason)

Dear Lord Ivan Matfeevich Rezansky,

I very much enjoyed participating in your demonstration at Gimli of the
Bayeux tapestry stitch. After returning home to Rudivale I was asked by
the Shire to give a demonstration to teach the group the stitch. You see
the Rudivale Shire is planning on making our own Rudivale version of the
Bayeux tapestry.

I was wondering if you could possibly send me a copy of the handout you
gave us in the Gimli class. I would also like to ask permission to use
the hand out at my demonstration to the Rudivale Shire.

Thank you,

Camille of Rudivale
