[The_herald] Heraldry, the next instalment of my journey to Grand Forks

(I sent this to the Herald email address from the shire web pag, but it bounced back to me, so I am sending it here)
  Good Day,

I am finishing my research for my name and device I have checked my
device against the college of heralds list and I cant find any conflicts
(a near conflict w/three differences and I have a fourth I cane make if
needed). I don't want to wait until January to submit my forms, but I
will be in Ansteorra till December. the submission process is 7-9
months here, so If I submit now, I will be out of kingdom before my material
is adjudicated. do I need to wait until I have an address in GF before
you can assist me, or can you help me now?
