I have to go to Minneapolis today for a doctor's appt.  and won't make the meeting tonight.  Sept. 1, I'll call the park and reserve the last 2 weekends in Sept.  We can cancel one later once we pinned down a date.  

For site tokens, I'd like about 50 or 60 small belt pouch type bags -  for size think just big enough to hold a deck of cards.  The more outrageous the fabric the better, with just a string to hold them closed.  If you have scraps of fabric to contribute or want to sew a few, just let me know.  Thanks,
