Turtle River now charges $250 for the Woodland Lodge, and they require half
of it as a non-refundable down payment. If a reservation is cancelled 30+
days after it has been made, they charge the whole $250. I really don't
think that we should reserve anything until we know exactly when we want the
event, in light of these new rules starting in the new year.
