[The_herald] UND Involvement Expo, 8/22/2007, 10:00 am

*Okay; here's the info I have on the Expo:*

*Setup begins at 9am, and the Expo itself lasts from 10am to 3pm.  Peter has
taken the whole day off of work, so we will have at least one person there
at all times, though the more that can come for whatever times you are
available, the better.  Wednesday is my first day for most of my MWF
classes, so I will probably be able to be there a lot as most classes will
likely consist of acquiring a syllabus and not much else.  *

*We will bring the Northshield brochures to pass out and some weavings and
rattan swords to display for sure.  Anything that any of you wish to bring
for display purposes would help.  *

*BJ: can we still use your chain shirt?  If needed, Peter and I could pick
it up the night before and bring it back to you after the Expo is done.  It
could really help entice guys that might be interested in fighting.*

*Berwyn: I asked about the pavilion, and they said that it would be possible
to find room to set it up if we get there early (which is the plan) and get
a booth near the ends so we're not squished between 2 other booths.  To do
this, you'd need to be there at around 9 or shortly thereafter so we can get
it all set up before other people claim all the extra space.*
