[The_herald] UND Involvement Expo, 8/22/2007, 10:00 am

I will be there after class at noon with my garb on since we are a recreation group and I think we should show them this.  I will bring my weaving if nothing else I will finish my belt I am working on. I will also take a look and see what other projects I have done to put on display. I should be able to stay till 3 pm as long as my husband is ok with it.

  If you're not able to make it, I don't think we should plan on having the pavillion.  It would be nice, but Peter would have to put it up by himself (unless someone else will be there at 9am), possibly with help from me shortly thereafter, and neither of us has ever put one up before. 

  The box of demo stuff would be great.  I'll be bringing my "Chatelaine/SCA box" which has the Northshield brochures, some copies of the Northwatch, Tournaments Illuminated, and the Compleat Anachronist, and we'll have Peter's and my AoA scrolls there to display as well, but it would be nice to have whatever recruitment-oriented gear there.

Jess, if you want to use those 3-fold fliers from years ago, send me the
specific info you want to appear for contact and future activities.  I can
do the fix and send yo a PDF so you can print them out.

I can send my box of demo stuff (pictures/books/scrools) if omeone wants to
pick them up.
