[The_herald] Test clarification

Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear in my explanatin.

I was not testing the message to the Screaming Herald list.  I just 
posted there to let the officers know to expect a message forwarded from 
the officer inboxes.  Specifically, these are the messages I was 
testing:

If you are one of the above-named officers and did not receive the 
message sent to your officer inbox, something needs fixing.  If you're 
not one of theese officers, no action is needed.

(As of this writing, I have not received the herald message, and the 
Echequere address gave a bounce notice)
