  I vote for Aug. 11.  I don't think we should worry about Pensic.  If we are 
  going to have a summer event, we are going to conflict with 
  someone.  Unless you guys want to go with Sept?  An alternative idea would 
  be to book the CCC and cook the food offsite since we are going with a 
  simple menu.  We could use the kitchen at the place in Emerado.  (50 for 
  the day).  A more complicated idea perhaps, but a doable one.
