I gave them a call, one bed for 2 people is $44.50 a night.

Super 8 is just a few blocks farther away, room with 1 Queen bed is 
$39.99 and up.

I made a couple other calls, opening price is in the $40 - $45 range for 
anything I wouldn't be afraid to sleep at.

There's Perkins and truck stops near US-2/ I-29 junction, Cinese Bffet 
at us-2/Stanfor rd, and on campus the student union has an A&W, pizza, 
etc.

My husband and I stayed a place for our wedding nite called the budget 
inn on gateway. Which isn't far from the school and as far as 
resturants there are so many it just depends on taste. The hotel is 
basic but very clean reasonable price and very polite.

would happyly help.
