[The_herald] Demo!!

I was contacted today about us doing a demo at Thompson Elementary school for the evening of the 25th.  They are having their family night starting with a sandwich meal at 5:30 followed by a pie thing of some sort and then us from roughly 6:30 to 7:00.  She doesn't know yet if there will whether we will be in the gym or library.  I told her that if we were in the gym, we could have 2 guys do a fighting demo, otherwise, we could have people come in in garb and set up display tables and talk to the kids (and their parents).  The school is doing a Knights and Damsels theme.

This isn't a very long demo and everyone who can show up in garb and bring their pretties would be welcome.  (They even said we could eat with them, if they have some idea how many of us will be showing up for food!) If you can't come, but have something that you are willing to have displayed, please let me or L. Karma know.

I'll bring one of my inkle looms set up with a belt the kids can weave on if there is time, some games, my mini treb (only to be shot if the ceiling is high enough!), some herbal stuff, feast gear, and odds and ends.
