[Rudivale] New discussion board

There's a new discussion board on the forum JUST FOR SHIRE MEMBERS! 
It's called "Comments for the Good of the Shire."

This is the place to discuss those sensitive issues that need 
discussing, but which should be kept within the shire.  (Like maybe the 
recent meeting time issues.)

Only registered users who have been designated by the administrator as 
"Shire" will be able to view any posts in this section.   I've already 
taken care of that for the current members.  If you're registering as a 
new member, I'll get to it usually within a day.
